Manage and configure your Vyne account


Vyne's environments have different Merchant Portals for testing and live payments. Sign in to the Merchant Portal by visiting the relevant URL + /merchant/login and sign in using the credentials you registered with.

Key functionality

1. Query and view your transaction history

Within the Merchant Portal you can view your transaction history. It is possible to filter and search based on specific transaction properties (including transaction ID), making it easy to find specific transactions and understand the status of each payment.

2. Transaction reports

From within the VMP you can export transactional reports, filtered by the properties you require. This is useful for reconciliation purposes amongst other things.

3. View bank account records

In the VMP you can see all your merchant bank account records that have been added to Vyne's system. These are the bank accounts which can be specified to receive funds when initiating payments. Each bank account is given a Destination account ID which can be used in the API call.

4. Manage callback URL

Callback URLs to which webhooks are set in the VMP.

5. Edit contact details

You can edit your contact details within the VMP.

6. Change password

Passwords can also be updated within the VMP.

7. Manage users

Users can be added or removed, and permissions can be changed, within the Account area of the merchant portal.

8. Manage settlement accounts

Within the VMP you are able to set up and manage settlement accounts. This includes downloading transaction reports and specifying to which bank account end of day settlement transfer should be made.
