This guide provides the step-by-step process of installing the Vyne for BigCommerce plugin on your website.

If you haven't already, please make sure you have signed up for a Vyne merchant account here .

Download the latest Vyne for BigCommerce plugin from the BigCommerce apps & integrations store.

Installing the plugin

1. Download the latest plugin from this page.
2. Login to your BigCommerce site.
3. Click Install.

4. Generate a key/secret pair to use as an access token, and enter the key in the Client Key field and the secret into the Client Secret field.

Sandbox access

If you would like to create payments in a test environment before enabling this plugin for your customers, change the Mode to Sandbox. Contact support if you need to access Sandbox credentials.

5. After clicking Connect you will be redirected to the Settings page. Scroll down to the bottom to locate the API Configuration drop down.

5. Enter the settlement account code you wish to use in the Destination Account field. Click Update to save any changes you have made.
6. Copy the Payment Notification URL and Payment Refund Notification URL and paste these into the appropriate Webhook fields in your Vyne merchant portal. After pasting each URL into your Vyne merchant portal, click Update to save these changes for both URLs.

Be aware

If you are testing the Vyne for BigCommerce plugin in your test environment, you'll need to input these Webhook URLs into your sandbox merchant portal as well.

7. Once you are ready to display Vyne on your BigCommerce checkout page, click Enable Vyne at the top of the settings page within the Vyne for BigCommerce settings panel.

If you ever need to visit the Settings page to make any amendments in the future, please see the below.

1. Login to your BigCommerce site.
2. Click Apps on the left panel, followed by My Apps
3. Click Launch next to the Vyne Pay with bank application.
